Buckwheat/Kasha  allowed on celiac diet

Choose 100% pure whole grain buckwheat. You can make a cholesterol free, low sodium meal by adding chopped onions, sliced mushrooms and other chopped vegetables. Buckwheat is a gluten free food and approved for people with celiac. If you add the black beans from my earlier blog, you have a complete protein, a high fiber meal, with a healthy complex carbohydrates and vegetables.
