Would you eat this ?

Seven grain cereal with wheat, oat, brown rice, triticale, flax, rye and barley. Add a 1/2 oz of walnuts and a half banana. It has at least 6 g of dietary fiber per serving and 350 cal when using 2 ounces of cooked grains. Use your own fruit or leave out the walnuts. Modify it to your liking.
