30 pistachios

2 hard boiled eggs

1/2 small bagel, 1 oz smoked salmon, 1 tbsp. crème cheese

1 cup steamed edamame beans

1 medium apple and 2 tsp peanut butter

1 cup 1% milk and 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup

3 cups cheddar popcorn

1/2 apple and 1 slice cheese

25 almonds

1 small avocado

1/2 cup frozen yogurt
